- On-device AI features (Free plan)
- Cloud-powered AI features (Pro/Max plans)
- Access to updates and new features based on your plan
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

Free Plan
- Full access to the video editor and timeline
- On-device AI features (transcription, background removal)
- No credit card required
Pro Plan
- Everything in Free
- Cloud-powered AI editing features
- Priority support
Max Plan
- Everything in Pro
- Advanced AI capabilities
- Cloud GPU processing for exports
Subscriptions are managed through Lemon Squeezy. Pricing and plan details are available at klypus.com. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain full ownership of all videos, audio, images, and projects you create with Klypus. We claim no rights to your content.
- Our Software: Klypus, its code, design, and branding are owned by Klypus and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Redistribute or resell the application
- Attempt to circumvent licensing or subscription restrictions
7. Limitation of Liability
Klypus is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Loss of data or media files
- Interruption of service
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Klypus after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
